Jennie oversees all aspects of the HR Inner Circle. She ensures that members benefit from high-quality resources, expert guidance, and a supportive community to help you thrive in your roles.

OPERATIONS & COMMUNITY MANAGER

Megan McDonald

Meg is the friendly face you’ll see chairing our member huddles. She’ll help you with all your questions about the HR Inner Circle. She manages production of the audio seminars and the member update emails.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Lyndsay Bradley

Lyndsay plays a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with new and existing members. She is dedicated to helping members make the most of the benefits and support of our thriving community.

ACCOUNTS

Jo Pye

Jo manages invoicing, credit control and all the accounting processes for the HR Inner Circle. Her role ensures smooth, accurate financial operations so our team can focus on supporting our members.

LEGAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Fran Read

Fran is a qualified employment lawyer with 20 years’ experience. She produces much of the HR Inner Circle’s legal content making sure everything is written in clear, simple language for ease of use.

FOUNDER

Daniel Barnett

Daniel is a leading employment law barrister and author of over 25 books on employment law. He is the founder of the HR Inner Circle and regularly contributes to our Q&A sessions. He is also the presenter of the Legal Hour on LBC Radio.

SENIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST

Darren Newman

Darren is an employment law specialist who learned the subject writing for the IDS Brief. He now provides training, commentary and analysis for large public sector organisations as well as a variety of private companies. Darren is a regular at our member Q&A sessions.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Tincuta Collett

Tincuta does all the design work for the HR Inner Circle, her primary role being designing the layout of the Inner Circular magazine each month. She likes that each team member and contributor can add their own personal touch to the HR Inner Circle and how it really puts the Human in HR.

PUBLISHING MANAGER

Eugenie Verney

Eugenie is the editor for the monthly Inner Circular magazine. She loves combining her journalist’s skills and her passion for employment law (she has an LLM in the subject) to make sure the Inner Circular is always a great read for members. 

ADMINISTRATOR

Martin Belascuain

Martin makes sure all our website content is uploaded quickly so that members have immediate online access to resources. In his previous life, he was a Digital Marketing Supervisor for an online casino. Working for the HRIC is a great opportunity to apply his techie skills. 

WEB DESIGNER

Hannah Tungaraza

Hannah builds, maintains and troubleshoots web pages for the HR Inner Circle. When not in front of the computer she loves to travel and go for long walks.

AUDIO EDITOR

Laura Sam

Laura edits the audio seminars each month. Her favourite hobbies are travelling, spending time outdoors and music making. She's been fascinated by music since she was very little and now gets to do it professionally.
