I don't have a company credit card, can I pay by invoice instead?

Yes, that's no problem at all. You can pay by annual invoice - please email nina.douglas@hrinnercircle.co.uk and she'll arrange that for you.

How do I cancel my membership?

We don't want to trap you or lock you into membership. We make cancelling very simple. You can cancel yourself by logging into your online account or you can email us and we will process the cancellation for you.

Can I see a sample of some of the resources?

Yes of course - click here to download a sample of our Inner Circular magazine. Our 'Best of 2024' magazine is a compilation of our favourite articles from last year.  Or contact Lyndsay to set you up with access to our demo account to have a sneak peek at some of our member benefits.

What's the cost?

We offer various different pricing options, starting from £112 + VAT per month if you opt for our annual membership. Or if you prefer the flexibility offered by monthly membership, the monthly fee is £126 + VAT, cancellable at any time.

I've got a new job, can I stay a member?

Absolutely, we'd love you to stay! Just let us know and we'll get you set up (and waive the joining fee!).

I've got a new job, how do I transfer my membership to my replacement?

Just send us an email with the new person's details and we will switch it over for you. There won't be any disruption to the payments or your access.

Can my colleague share my individual membership?

No, I'm afraid not. Unless you have team membership, your membership is individual and access is not to be shared..

We’re excited to offer Team Membership, a bespoke solution for organisations looking to invest in their HR teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Pricing
• Joining fee: £500 + VAT (payable once per team)
• Primary Membership: £126 + VAT per month
• Additional Members: £85 + VAT per month
• Quarterly invoicing ensures simplified billing (January, April, July, October).
