What kind of HR professionals join the HR Inner Circle?

Members range from HR Directors and Business Partners to independent HR Consultants and standalone HR managers. Most memberships just give you information, the HR Inner Circle gives you a highly active network of experienced HR professionals who share ideas, offer support, and help you solve real-world problems fast, often within hours, sometimes within minutes.

Getting the Most from Membership

What happens after I join?

You’ll get immediate access to the member’s area - your very own portal to an endless supply of HR resources, courses, seminars, templates and toolkits. Dive straight into the private Facebook group so you can connect with other members straight away. You’ll also be introduced to Meg, your Community Manager, who’ll help you find what you need, answer questions, and make sure you get the most out of your membership.

How often is new material added?

Constantly! New content is added every month; from templates and checklists to audio seminars and case law updates. You’ll also have fortnightly live Q&A sessions and monthly HR Huddles, so there’s always something fresh to help you stay current and supported.

Membership Options & Payments

How much will it cost to join The HR Inner Circle?

Membership starts from £112 + VAT per month when paid annually (£1,344 + VAT per year). There’s no joining fee with this option. If you prefer the flexibility of paying monthly, it’s £126 + VAT with a one-off £500 + VAT joining fee and the right to cancel anytime. Can I pay by invoice instead of card?

Yes, if you choose an annual membership, you can pay by invoice. Our monthly subscription is card payment only. You can either select the ‘Annual Invoice Membership’ option on the website or email meg.mcdonald@hrinnercircle.co.uk with your company name and address, and she’ll set it up for you.

I'd like my employer to fund my membership, do you have any advice?

Yes. Many members have their HR Inner Circle subscription funded by their employer. To make it easy, we’ve prepared a template letter you can use to request approval and highlight how membership benefits the organisation as well as you. You can download it directly from here.

Team & Multi-Member Access

Can a colleague share my individual membership?

No. Your membership is for your individual use only. If there’s more than one person in your organisation who’d like access, then our Team Membership option is a better fit and offers discounted rates for additional members.

How does team membership work?

Team Membership gives multiple people in your organisation full access to all HR Inner Circle resources under one account. It includes a single joining fee of £500 + VAT per team, then £126 + VAT per month for the primary member and £85 + VAT per month for each additional member. Billing is handled quarterly (January, April, July, and October) to keep things simple. Accessing Resources & Member Benefits

Can I see a sample of some of the resources before joining?

Yes, absolutely. You can download a free copy of our Best of 2024 Inner Circular magazine from here. It’s a collection of our most popular articles from last year.

Are policies included in my membership?

Your membership includes over 200 letters, flowcharts, and templates covering a wide range of HR scenarios. We do have a selection of policies available in the Vault for members, but our main Platinum Policy Package is available separately. As a member you’ll receive a significant discount when purchasing it.

Cancellations, Pauses & Membership Changes

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime from your account page in the members’ area, or just email us and we’ll do it for you. If you’re not quite ready to leave, you can also take a three-month pause. This freezes your membership and your current rate, so you won’t need to pay the joining fee if you decide to return later.

I've got a new job, can I stay a member?

Absolutely. We’d love you to stay! Just let us know when you move roles and we’ll update your details for you. There’s no joining fee to pay again.

I've got a new job, how do I transfer my membership to my replacement?

It’s simple. Just email Meg at meg.mcdonald@hrinnercircle.co.uk with your replacement’s details and we’ll transfer the membership for you. There won’t be any disruption to payments or access during the change.
