Best decision ever

I have been a member for nearly 10 years and don't know what I would have done without both Daniel and the whole HR community. It's the best decision I made- keeps my practice up to date and gives me a place to go for advice when I need it.

I can’t recommend the HR Inner Circle…

I can’t recommend the HR Inner Circle enough. The support and advice have been invaluable, and it’s reassuring to know there’s always someone knowledgeable to turn to when HR issues arise. Daniel has been absolutely fantastic throughout. It’s genuinely outstanding and I’m so glad to be part of the HR Inner Corcle.

Brilliant and such great value

Brilliant and such great value. Really helps us as an independent HR Consultancy. Wouldn’t want to do without it once we found it earlier this year.

Join....you wont be disappointed

I have been a member for a few years now and have attended both VELA and the Redundancy Expert training. As a member of other HR related organisations I find HRIC by far the most useful and absolutely the best value for money. From the resources to the Q&A, the huddles to the expert sessions and don't get me started on helpful the meta group is. Join today, you wont be disappointed.

An invaluable resource

I first found the HR Inner Circle during 2020. It was about a month before lockdown. The HR and employment law world had a flood of new rules and regulations that were changing, literally on a daily basis. Daniel Barnett provided written guidance on all the changes as they occurred. He did this in a written briefing and later in a follow-up webinar or podcast. It was invaluable, in particular he dissected and explained the 'Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme', which created the furlough procedure and dealt with the issue facing employers at the time. Now, fast forward 6 years, we have the Employment Rights Act 2025 to deal with and the wealth of information is amazing. One interesting feature: the price point remains until I leave. When you read this you might think to yourself that there is a lot of information that you need to remember at some point in the future, with Daniel Barnett’s packages all of the videos are available forever along with the transcripts that go with those videos and the transcripts from Q&A session sessions and much more. Daniel has an engaging and comfortable style of teaching; it is clearly delivered with and never hurried. It also isn't geared to one side of the employment divide, more than the other, it is balanced and fair. If there is an employment law equivalent of a child in a sweet shop, for me it’s the HR Inner circle.
