RBA are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their expanding consultant team.

You will be likely be a graduate member of the CIPD, or have a law degree, with extensive practical multi-site HR experience (Min 5 Years). You would be expected to be technically competent advisor with up-to-date employment law. More importantly you can demonstrate excellent consultancy skills with an ability to thrive in a fast pace and dynamic setting.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated advice to our SME clients. We work with businesses owners and managers to implement pragmatic solutions for business success. This is NOT, a reactive desk job, a strategic policy role, or employee welfare position! Rather a HR business partner.

The consultant role serves clients Monday to Friday, you would manage your own diary and work between home and travel to clients’ sites. The successful candidate will be paid a basic salary and additional bonus derived from fee earnings. OTE for the first year will be in excess of £48,000 per annum.
