Employment Adviser Role
Affinity is an independent trade union advising and representing members in multiple industries. We’re a small but dynamic team, committed to helping members with all aspects of the workplace problems they face.
The role involves a combination of home based work (providing telephone advice to members), and visiting workplaces to provide representation services. It’s a full-time, varied role, which requires people to work flexibly. We’re seeking to recruit people who have previous experience dealing with workplace issues, but a trade union background is not required. Applicants need to have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Basic salary (inc. car allowance): £37,868 plus variable bonus scheme.
